我的 heart racing, I grab a pen and paper. Hand shaking so bad, my fingers are trembling.

” you know what’s coming, right?

他的 face never change, but his words always carry something heavy.

我知道这是不可避免的,但我 still can’t believe it’s happening.

我们之间沉默了一秒,然后他开了口:” you have a lot to do today.”

I looked at my watch.

“包括 your last one,”他轻声说。

“你 always manage to make things so interesting,” he said finally, his voice filled with something I can’t describe.

I looked at him, and for the first time today, my eyes weren’t blank. There was something real in those glasses, something I’ve never seen before.

他 smile so small, like a cherry on a cake. I can feel it everywhere, even through the desk.

我的 heartbeats faster than usual。I close my eyes for a breath, and then open them again.

The meeting room was dimly lit, with soft lighting casting long shadows on the walls. He stood at the far end of the table, like a silent observer.

I picked up the report in front of me, fingers trembling slightly. The words on the paper felt heavier than usual.

“你准备好了吗?” he asked, his voice as calm as ever.

我 nodded slowly。我知道今天会很不寻常,但我 still can’t believe it’s happening.

The silence was heavy now. There was no sound but the soft rustling of paper.

终于, he broke the tension. ” you know what to do.”

I looked at my watch again.

I said without thinking.

I closed my eyes for a moment, then opened them again. There was something real in his smile, something I’ve never seen before.

The room fell into quiet once more。Only the soft typing noise remained.

” you have to be prepared for anything,” he said finally.

I looked at him, and this time, my eyes didn’t lie. There was something in those glasses that I can never forget。

he smile so small, so real. I think it’s the first time I’ve seen it today。
